FDS/spec coursetraining

For the FDS training, only one spec should be involved in the training per time. (this means that the spec takes turns to do the duty). the FDS training are only from monday from thursday.

on friday part C should only be doing spec course training. for the two going for the pds course, they will be doing pds during the first part of the drills( 3.00-4.00) after that they will do spec course training.
